I'm a passionate and results-driven professional with a diverse background in strategic brand communication, marketing, and a many other diverse strategy skills. With a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Brand Communication from Vega School of Business, Brand & Design, coupled with valuable experience in various roles, I bring a unique blend of skills and expertise to the table.
Throughout my career journey, I've had the privilege of founding and managing my own businesses, working with renowned organisations, and volunteering for impactful causes. From spearheading comprehensive marketing strategies to fostering relationships with clients and
communities, I thrive on the opportunity to make a positive impact and drive meaningful change.

As a native English speaker I have always been passionate for the language from being one of my best performing subjects in school to going on to learning the subject further at University. In my spare time I love to read a variety of novels and have always been an avid reader which is why I started my own book club.

German is also my native language and i also studied it for one year at Stellenbosch University. Having a base in Hamburg, Germany has allowed me to be fluent in this germanic language since birth.

Having learnt Afrikaans for 12 years in school has allowed me to reach an intermediate level in which i can understand and read the language almost fluently. I can hold many basic conversations and enjoy practicing it with family and friends.

Assistant - Round Square • Sep 2019 - 1 month
Worked at children's homes in Indor, India for the 2019 International Round Square pre-conference tour. I assisted in painting school structures, teaching English and assisting with creative projects.

I worked at a children's hospice and home in Windhoek, Namibia for the Round Square Junior Conference. During this time I provided meals for the children and worked on building schools and playgrounds.

Worked in Christine revell children's home working looking after, fed, washed and entertained children from birth to 5 years of age.

​Assistant -The Bookery • Jan 2018 - Jan 2019 - 1 yr 1 mo
The Bookery creates well-stocked and well-run libraries in under-resourced public schools in South Africa and is an organisation that St Cyprian's School closely works with. In my role I helped to ensure that donated books were labeled, covered and distributed. The Bookery has opened 89 school libraries, distributed over 352,000 books, and reached approximately 92 000 learners in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and Gauteng.
Certifications
I am passionate about learning new skills and hobbies which is why I have always gone out of my way to earn certifications as soon as I was able to do so age wise (minus a flying license due to my fear of heights). Doing these activities such as diving and boating give me much joy and have connected me to many passionate people and communities.​

I have always had a great passion and love for all things active and participated in many types over the years. These include an extensive history with Tennis, Netball, Basketball, Indoor Hockey, Outdoor Hockey, Cross country, Athletics, Swimming, Karate & Mountain Cycling.
I also participated in the following categories: First Team Swimming, Inter-Schools Swimming, Inter-Schools Athletics, First/Second Team Field Hockey, Club Indoor Hockey, Club Swimming, Provincial Indoor Hockey.

I continue to stay active in running clubs and communities as well as the gym. I also had a season of soccer with the Sea Point Woman's Club to try something new this year!
